I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfy with a high-quality bed, and the recently renovated bathroom was a nice touch. Being allocated in the main building, Santa Marina, ensured a pleasant and convenient stay. However, the lack of space to open suitcases and a blocked sink affecting the shower access were minor inconveniences. The service was efficient, although not all staff members had a smile, they were dedicated to their hospitality work and even assisted in carrying products to the nearby market. The central location gave us a real flavor of Venice, close to the main attractions and restaurants, but it felt a bit far from the station. The dining experience was decent, with good room cleanliness and a prime location in the heart of Venice, but it could have offered more variety in fruits and vegetables. Overall, the hotel had great facilities, and considering the value for money, it was a pleasant stay.
